Please note the Returns Policy only applies to items purchased from this website. Items purchased from any of our stockists must be returned direct to the retailer.
If you want to return your item for an exchange or refund that’s no problem at all, so long as it’s returned to us within 14 days of receiving your goods and the items are in resalable condition:
- All packaging and tags must be in tact (our packaging is resealable).
- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Any items that are damaged, marked or scented in any way (e.g. smoke / aftershave) cannot be accepted and will be returned to the buyer.
If any multi-buy offer is partially returned for refund, we will refund the item minus the value of the multi-buy saving.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY UK ORDERS CAN BE RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE. ANY ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE UK CAN BE RETURNED BUT FOR A REFUND ONLY.
You will need to cover the cost of returning the item to us but if you have selected a UK exchange, we will send the replacement item out free of charge. In the unlikely event that you are returning an item to us because it was either faulty or we sent the wrong thing, we will reimburse you the cost of postage via a cheque in the post. Please send a scan / legible photo of your postage receipt to email@example.com. We recommend for any returns that you use a Royal Mail TRACKED Mail Service to post back to us.
You will find full instructions on the returns note that came with your order. Please allow up to 15 working days from when you posted your items to receive exchanged items and refunds.
